Georgetown Personal Trainer to Host Open House: Feb 23, 2012 6pm-9pm
Over Christmas I renovated my workout space and now it’s a bright, open gym to get your workout done. My team and I are hosting an open house on Thursday and you are invited! Come check out what we have to offer over some drinks and snacks. Don’t worry, there won’t be any working out going on and no hard sales.
We are really excited about being able to offer full memberships with our personal training in DC. We are a small training gym and we specialize in fat loss.

We filled the space with new equipment and great flooring that’s terrific for sleds, skipping, and jumping. Check out our DC workout and metabolic class in the picture below.

DC Personal Trainer Hosts Protein Shake Social
We have moved into our brand new gym and to get some excitement going we decided to host a protein shake social for our members after a group metabolic class last week.

Group butt kicks!
Our metabolic classes are 45 minute of fun butt kicking. We rotate through 4 or 5 stations for a specific amount of time, take a short rest, and keep on going. This form of exercise really gets your heart rate up and burns fat for at least 24 hrs AFTER you are done working out! Yes, that right, after you are done working out. Smart resistance training does the same thing.
I was really impressed at how hard everyone worked and was excited to make shakes for everyone. We made four different flavors all based on Source Naturals – True Whey, oz, 16 powder
